March 31 is here my bestie bookie friends and I am so excited to share the books that kept me in the grooooooove of the month.
I have honestly switched almost exclusively to audiobooks at this point. I listen to them when running, driving, cleaning the house, and basically anything in between. But the most important question of the say is, what speed do you listen to your audiobook at?
Ideal Audiobook Playback Speed
1x speed
1.25x speed
1.5x speed
1.75x speed
Personally, I flip between 1.25x and 1.75x speed, depending on when I need to return the book back to the library.
This month I read 9 total books, which is actually a huge number for me and I am super grateful for the opportunity to do that while also writing and editing my own novels.
Here is what I read and what I rated them:

If I had to pick one that is my favorite book of this month it would be either Slap Shot by Chelsea Curto or Butcher and Blackbird by Brynne Weaver!
I read such a wild variety of books each month in terms of genre that I find it really hard to pick just one that is my favorite and I am on a huge reread kick right now with audiobooks.
Have you read any of these books and what are your thoughts or opinions on them? Do you think audiobooks count as reading? Does rereading count towards your reading goal?
April is going to be a wildly busy month for me in terms of training for my upcoming races as well as it is a big release month for two of my AUTO BUY AUTHORS!!!!! which means we will be doing some big rereads in the romance genre as well as getting super excited for the upcoming releases!!!!! With my training ramping up I will be doing a lot more audiobooks as well so please give me all of your favorite audiobooks recommendations!!!!
Upcoming April Releases that I am so excited for:

Don’t forget to subscribe to stay up to date with what I am reading and all things Fisher Creek! I have a lot of fun stuff coming up for everyone and I promise you want to be at the front of the line to see everything! Remember that there will be more frequent updates on Substack as well, so check everything out over their too!
Hope you all had a great March full of books and happiness!
